The plant was put into operation at the end of 2007, when the company produced several types of additives for its own needs as multifunctional improvers in the production of bread and pastries. In the industrial way of production of bread and pastries, especially when it comes to large capacities, additives – improvers are inevitable in the technological process because they guarantee safety in certain production delays. Several components are added to the composition of multifunctional additives, each of which acts to improve a certain deficiency in the quality of the basic raw material – flour. In order to achieve the effect of the additive, it is necessary to permanently monitor the quality of the flour, on the basis of which the components in the additive are dosed.
