The confectionery production plant is located in a separate building. This plant makes variety of cakes, small cocktail cakes and pies. At the moment, the sweets are offered in retail, as well as to public and state institutions and larger enterprises.
During the production, several critical control points are monitored, especially the observance of following the exact recipe when measuring the raw materials, accurate cooking and control of the temperature and cooking time, temperature control during the baking process, temperature control during the process of storage and transportation of products.
The plant is equipped with several refrigeration chambers where raw materials and semi-finished products are stored. The finished product warehouse is also equipped with two large cooling chambers where the finished products are stored.
The transport of sweets to the consumers is done with specialized vehicles equipped with refrigeration devices. –
